Your instructor Silvia Voss is a Registered | Certified Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance USA. She studied Integrative Yoga Therapy and Structural Yoga Therapy. Yoga with Silvia is based on the classical Yoga. Silvia was certified by “Integrative Yoga Therapy” in 2002.  Following a back injury in 2004, she received rehab consulting from Mukunda Tom Stile of ” Yoga Therapy Center ” in Holyoke , MA . The Center specializes in helping people with pain. She was so impressed with Mukunda and his approach in one-on-one yoga therapy sessions that she participated in his “Structural Yoga Therapy” training program of 700 hours. She knows first-hand what amazing tool yoga can be, both physically and emotionally. It has helped her build a strong and pliable back after suffering a back injury. Her practice promotes stability, strength, flexibility, and emotional well-being. She believes yoga is truly the “fountain of youth”, as it keeps the mind alive and the body aware. In 2006 she renewed her registration with the Yoga Alliance USA to the highest standard of E-RYT500. She has been a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapist IAYT since 2002. She studied with:

Devin Minor

Registered and Certified Yoga Teacher RYT200

First introduced to yoga as a teenager, Devin chose to expand her knowledge of yoga for her own personal growth as well as to share the benefits of yoga with her clients. Prior to completing yoga teacher training Devin attained a BS in Therapeutic Recreation from UW-La Crosse. Devin has been working with adults and children of varying level of abilities for a number of years. Adapting activities to make them accessible for all is what took her to Pedretti Power Yoga for teacher training. Though there are many styles of yoga available, Devin feels that power yoga provides a foundation for yoga that can be adapted to all abilities. Challenging participants to reach their full potential is Devin’s favorite part of her job.

Vinyasa Power Yoga is exactly what it says it is. Power yoga uses the breath to connect one movement to the next in a flowing style. Practices are designed to build internal heat and challenge participants to find their “edge”. A moving meditation, participants will develop strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination.

    Elizabeth G.

Registered and Certified Yoga Teacher RYT200

I found comfort in yoga as a way of helping myself with anxiety and to find focus and harmony within myself. It was then that I decided to explore becoming a yoga teacher so I could help others through their ebbs and flows that life gives us.
When I’m not practicing yoga, I like to spend time with my husband, our son and/or our two pups. I also enjoy reading, fishing, four wheeling and binge listening to podcasts about yoga.
My passion as a yoga teacher is to help provide a practicing space that is a sanctuary where students can feel they can be their true selves. I am a big proponent in the body-acceptance and body-positivity movement. I want to help students love the skin that they are in and find harmony within themselves.
