Adaptive Yoga  for an introduction to yoga for adults with disabilities. In this workshop, you will be introduced to breathing techniques and basic yoga postures. After introduction, we will put these postures together into a flowing practice ending in quiet meditation  September 29, 2018     11:00 am to 12.30 pm

Power Yoga

Vinyasa Power Yoga is exactly what it says it is. Power yoga uses the breath to connect one movement to the next in a flowing stylish class offers balancing-,  strengthening-, and stretching poses that will  increase  flexibility and calm your mind enhencing your Well Being.

Yoga for Every Body

  This class is on Monday/Wednesday/Friday 8.30am. Requirement must be able to move from the floor to standing without assistant and love a fast pace. This  is a mixed level yoga class no inversions. Poses are based on 30 basic Hatha Yoga poses focusing on core strength, flexibility and breath.

Gentle Yoga

This class is suitable for anybody that can move from the floor to standing without assistant. Wednesday at 5.30pm. Gentle yoga classes are typically for those who want a softer, nurturing, slow-paced and relaxing practice. The approach includes movements, strength and stretches.
