Everybody’s Yoga

 Everybody’s yoga Wednesdays 4pm  is for anybody that likes to deepen their yoga experience. By focusing on Breath integration and practice of the  basic 24 Hatha Yoga poses wellness and balance can be archived. This class offers balancing-,  strengthening-, and stretching poses that will  increase  flexibility and calm your mind enhencing your Well Being.

AM Power Yoga

  AM Yoga is based on Vinjasa Flow.  This class is on Monday & Friday mornings. Requirement must be able to move from the floor to standing without assistant and love a fast pace. This  is a mixed level yoga class no inversions. Poses are based on 30 basic Hatha Yoga poses focusing on core strength, flexibility and breath.

Gentle Yoga

This class is suitable for anybody that can move from the floor to standing without assistant. Wednesday at 5.30pm. Gentle yoga classes are typically for those who want a softer, nurturing, slow-paced and relaxing practice. The approach includes movements, strength and stretches.
